Ellis B. Norsoph, M.D., M.B.A. – President & CEO
After receiving his M.D. from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 1981, Dr. Norsoph completed his postgraduate training at the St. John’s Mercy Medical Center (St. Louis, MO), New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center and the George Washington University Medical Center. In 1993, he received his M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Norsoph established the practice in 2001. He has served as President and CEO of AllegiantMD since its inception.
Patrick F. Santore, Jr. – Vice President of Operations & COO
Mr. Santore joined AllegiantMD in 2005, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in Healthcare Management and Operations. Prior to joining the company, Patrick served in several key management roles with major hospitals, academic practices, physician practice management companies and large private and academic medical group practices.
Phillip Hood – Vice President of Finance & CFO
Mr. Hood joined AllegiantMD in 2004, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in medical financial management and administration. Prior to joining the company, Phil served in several key roles with major hospital companies and medical groups. Throughout most of his career he has managed finance for hospital based physicians and hospital owned medical groups.

Todd Baker - Regional Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Baker joined AllegiantMD in 2011 bringing with him over 15 years of experience in radiology sales, operations, and business development. Prior to joining AllegiantMD, Mr. Baker held leadership positions in Business Development and Operations with several radiology practice management companies.
